We believe star ratings to be subjective, which is why we don’t apply them. Ratings are based on facilities and often fail to recognise ambience, quality of fabrics, location, cuisine and service. Our rating system is based on the quality of the property along with our own personal opinions:

Bronze

We liken our bronze rating to 'a good 3*plus'. This rating is mostly applied to our family all-inclusive hotels.

Silver

Higher than average standards and service, suits price conscious guests who require that little extra.

Gold

Stylishly upmarket hotels that offer excellent service, facilities, décor, cuisine and ambience.

Platinum

The ultimate in luxury, offering a personalised service that exceeds customer expectation in every area.
